Push or Pull throttle?

Can anyone tell me if a 2004 Mercury 60hp, 2-stroke, model 1060412CN has a pull or push throttle requirement?
I do not have the motor yet, so I cannot look under the cowl, but I need to order new controls beforehand. Thanks in advance everyone.
