problems with 28 spl evinrude throttle linkage

Not much information to go by at all-------------------How long have you owned the motor and is this something that happened all of a sudden ???------------Check for spark on both cylinders and then do a compression test.-------Could be as simple as water in the fuel !!!-------Post all the information you know about the motor !!
