So I literally just bought a 2018 Suzuki df 150 ss. I started hooking up the controls. I connected the main leads to my cranking battery. About 2 minutes after I notice smoke coming from what looked like the lower unit. I immediately disconnected the leads. I double checked to make sure I didn’t cross the leads and the leads were on correctly. Now I am freaking out that I just royally screwed something up on this motor that I just bought. Can anybody tell me what the hell just happened and if I just did major damage to this motor? Please help! Steve
