One of my trim "arms/rods?" is sticking... Is there a quick fix for the next week?

The picture is not mine, just an example cause I dont know what the rods are exactly called... Anyway, on mine (not pictured) the seals are rotting a little so I assume there is fluid in there that's leaking out. One of the two rods sticks in when trimming up (maybe every 3-4th time). No one had an opening to get my boat in for a few weeks but there some good fishing coming up. Can I lube the arms with outboard oil or something to buy me a week or two?
