Having warm start problem with 2002 honda 115 BZBD. Started having problems with engine several months ago, and has even been to dealer , they replaced relay but problem not fixed. I am Original owner no problem before this. Engine will start fine when cold, after warming up it will not restart when turned off (engine cranks) unless engine sits until cool then will restart fine. After several sessions of troubleshooting have found that fuel (fuel pump,vapor separator) seems to be the problem. No fuel from high pressure side, fuel pump is getting power(12 volts at plug). At this point I need some suggestion on what to do next short of replacing fuel pump Could this be a vapor separator problem ???.
