No Fire!

I have a Tohatsu 90 HP Model MD90B and it's not getting any fire. I figure it is probably a safety circuit. I am wondering if anyone has a PDF of an electrical schematic of the engine. The owners manual has no wiring diagrams.

Of course full info is in the Factory service manual. Is the ECU getting a signal to fire> is signal getting to the coils?
