New impeller new problem

I just replaced my water impeller and housing. Now I have water leaking from somewhere under motor head. As picture shows. I am sure I did everything right but have this new ‘leak’. It is not leaking from engine head, but below in linkage area
Any ideas ?

No picture...the forum rules used to require 5 posts before you could add the pictures...they have a forum for satisfying that requirement.

It would also benefit those of us that can see what you have if you could state make/model/year/serial number so we have a chance of replying with something of value...
