Need help boat won’t crank with key

So far I have replaces the starter, starter seleniod kill switch and ignition switch. It cranks by jumping the seleniod but not with the key. So engine won’t run. When I turn the key to on I get power to just the gas gauge. I wanna have it running for this week end

slave solenoid (or its wiring) for the no crank issue...could also be the Neutral Safety Switch being open...

on the "power to just the gas gauge", start with the wiring under the dash...many times, the riggers run the gauge wiring from one to the next, etc...so any break in either RED or BLK wires will kill everything 'downstream'...
