since this is a starside mount the plate where the keyswitch mounts to is it backwards in the image? it seams to me where the keyswitch is mounted would be in the way of side mounting the binnical? Like shouldn’t this plate susposed to be mounted where the keyswitch is to the rear (where all the wires exit?I believe my other option is to purchase the harness w/ the red plug P/N 768411 adapter harness which plugs into this engine w/ red plug then opposite end plugs directly into a new BRP type binnical.
are there other options for apadting this engine for a BRP binnical maybe this
