i have a mercury xr6 2003 150 i have an issue where i can put my boat in the lake and run around (and it runs good ) idle is a bit hight but still runs good .....now if i stop to fish 20-30 min or so and then try to run to an other fishing spot it is hard to start and after i get it going it runs all bogged down and i can't do more than 3 or 4 mph ... however if i bring the motor up for a min and then put it back down then start it it will run good again like it did the first time (carbs were just rebuilt as well as a new water pump and fuel pump ) HELP PLEASE I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO !!!!
