Mercury power trim replacement

I have a 1994 Mercury 60 outboard and the power trim no longer works. The electric motor runs but the cylinder doesn't raise or lower. Parts are no longer available for this pump kit. Mercury only shows one superseded number to be: 830150T 2, which is also no longer available. Does anybody know if there is a current assembly that is compatable and what if any modifications will be required. Any help will be appreciated.

The search of the part number on this site only returns the motor and reservoir only and not the complete assembly. My electric motor runs fine. Problem is in the pump valve or cylinder I should think.

Did you check the fluid level in the reservior? Is the motor turning the pump?

The manual release valve is closed I hope.
