mercure tilt and trim problems

hi guys after all your help getting my engine to run figure add try my luck again.
i have a two wire ptt which i just bot off ebay and am sure that i have got a 3 wire control and was wondering what i would need to make the PTT work
if you can halp i have been looking on ebay i knwo i need a wire harness and rely just not sure what kind and were from
the two tires out of the motor are blue and green
