Merc 3.0 can I change from the TKS carb to a electric choke easily?

I have a 2009 Mercruiser that has the TKS carburetor on it. Can I change it over to a electric choke carb easily?

Yep, just replace the carb with one that uses the electric choke

Thanks. Will I have to run a separate key switched 12 volt power supply line or can I tap into the engines purple 12 volt line.
