Have issues with warning system. Solid alarm with key on and after starting.
Disconnected temp sensor and alarm stays on when running
Disconnected connector at oil pump and I get the beep, beep not solid on as well as level sensor in oil tank on motor does the same
alarm came on ten years ago and i disconcerted it
just hooked back up to try an have hooked back up again.
Did ohm out water temp sensor and started at 900 ohms at 70 deg ambient outside temp. As motor warmed up seen it drop to 235ohms
Any one have digital copy of a shop manual ?
want to fix this.
engine was rebuilt 15 years ago and I know id did have the gear replaced on crank shaft for oil pump
