May someone guide me where find 2015 year E-Tec 2 program connector?

1. first thing I need fix it.
now, I am not sure is that trim sensor need replace new one? or lose connecting? or need computer to setting program?
whatever up end or down end , the gauge always show Trim 100%.
due to Trim 100% status signal give outboard computer, the outboard is limited output maximum RPM 2000 only, can not going up over 2000 RPM.


2. I asked BRP service try to maintain, but I can find out any triangle program connector...
please check pictures,


I looks youtube video, seem is this triangle, but still can not find....

oh, by the way, I bought the Diagnostic tool KIT with Chip SL CP2102 for Evinrude E-tec from Ebay,
it only give me Female triangle switch to USB 2.0 type connector, link to computer.
but I can't find out where is male triangle connector from outboard to link computer?
please someone give me advise, very thank you first.
