" Hi there, asking on behalf of my father. He has a 3.3 outboard. 14 mths old. It has done less than 25 miles, carefully run in and care taken with oil/fuel ratio. It now seems to have an excessive amount of air in the exhaust and will only run up to half power. Any suggestions please.
