Lost key for 9o hp Johnson

I have lost my only key for my

I have lost my only key for my 1981 Tempest 17ft 90hp Johnson.

Is there anyway to start the engine without a key (jump start)?

"Pull the Blk/yellow wire apart at the power pack and then jump the selenoid...remember to choke it down to stop it..Nothing is going to work,,get a new key from a dealer..."

there should be a # on the ing

there should be a # on the ing switch bring the ing to a marina they should be able to match it i had the same problem when my friend dropped my key in the water.
