J90 Tilt/trim installation

Putting 1982 Johnson 90 on my '17 Boston Whaler. Motor comes with built in operational Tilt and Trim. Am told that a "solenoid" is needed to connect power to switch to T/T. Cannot find Solenoid part on Marine Engine.com.
Question #1 What is the correct installation of switch and solenoid for this T/T (diagram)
Question #2 What kind of solenoid (how many posts) amperage etc.

Any information would be helpful. Not a mechanic so the more simple the diagram the better:)

Go to shop.evinrude.com, look up your motor and you'll see what's needed.

Thank you for your prompt answer. The site was very helpful with part diagrams and parts lists, but it appears to be only addressing the actual TLT package, not the solenoid it is supposed to connect between the battery and the unit. Neither the johnson or evinrude models show an external solenoid.
#1 Am i wrong? is an external solenoid not needed?
#2 If I am right, where is it and who sells it?

Julian

It doesn't use a solenoid. It uses two small relays in a junction box as it's a two wire motor. Look again.
