"Or having another memory relapse. 1994, 75HP Merc, 3 cyl. When I turn the motor off and tilt it up I get a little bit of gas coming out of the top and bottom carbs. They have been properly rebuilt using OEM parts and the float setting (using Merc manual settings) checked, rechecked, and checked again. Everything in them has been replaced. Suggestions?"
