I need a 1983 Chrysler 3.5 outboard motor carburetor, it seems they are out of stock and I understand that.

You'd have better luck looking for a complete motor.
Salvage yards, Google or any search engine.

Lots of yards in the mid-west.

Been a while but someone posted a list of places, maybe they'll post it since you asked?
