"I have a 2002 Honda BF225A2XA that is having starting problems. I noticed poor power and fuel economy and once got an alarm. Then one day, she did not want to start. Turns over well, but no ignition. After repeated attempts she started. Took her home and straight to the shop. They kept her 3 weeks and billed me $1223. Took her straight home and she would not start. I determined that I could start for 5 secs, Rest for 20 secs, then repeat. After 5-6 attempts she would start. I could turn her off and restart her right up. Leave off for 5 minutes and then I am back to the repeat routine to get her started. Anybody got any ideas? I did apparently have some saltwater intrusion under the hood."
