I went out for a trip on the l

I went out for a trip on the lake last weekend and i noticed on my return that the exhaust bellow was no longer conected to the leg(290 dp)
The clamp was missing so i purchased a new one but looking at it tonight it looks like it would be easier to undo the clamp on the transom side then put the leg end on first and then re do the transom side. would this be the best way to install the bellow again

. Make sure that the clamp in the transom side of the exhaust bellows has the screw located at about 2 o'clock (check Seloc or Clymer) and that the drain pinhole in the bellows is pointing downwards."
