"I've got a 1985, 9.9 OB.

"I've got a 1985, 9.9 OB. There are two dials, one on the forward side and one on the port side. While I await arrival of the manual, please advise what these knobs control.

"The front one is idle mix set

"The front one is idle mix setting on the carb, the port side is idle stop for the handle (not a good solution raerly works properly!)"
