" Hi, I have this engine, a 1963 Evinrude Lark 40. It does not want to turn over. The started will engage, but the flywheel will not turn. It does move a fraction of an inch either direction, but nothing more. I removed the head, and the pistons both move slighty witht he slight movement of the flywheel. Any ideas on what is wrong with it? I would love to be able to fix it if I can just figure out whats wrong with it. My next move is to remove the powerhead from the lower unit....let me know if this is a bad idea. Thanks. "
