Help The motor runs but the prop doesn't turn. Any quick fix idea or what should I start taking apart? The motor is pretty new looking (90's)

Pull the prop and look behind it.

Thanks for the Help. I pulled the prop and fixed the broken shear pin with a piece of coat hanger and we were off driving around in our boat. Took only minutes.
