My 2020 Yamaha 9.9 has like 3 hours on it. Haven’t used to much. Haven’t used it for a year. I pumped out and replace all oil from previous use and put in more, fresh gas. However it super revs when choke is in and if you throttle down it dies and when the choke is pulled it seems to run normally. Any suggestions on how to fix this ?
