Diesel ratio

Hi , I have a 2352 bayliner trophy I've converted to diesel , it's running a fd46t nissan motor
I'm running a 2.1 ratio bravo 2 at the moment with a 25p prop I'm getting around 23knotts top speed 18 to 20 cruise speed . I'm just wondering if any one would no what would be the correct ratio and prop to suit save me money trial and error .
Motors max revs is 3200 , boat 23foot
 
Being as you have a rather unique drive train, I'd be inclined to call/email SEI and get their thoughts for the drive ratio for that engine...

My gut says its probably close....what diameter is the 25" pitch prop? is it three or four blades?

is the 3200 RPM the max rated or the max achieved RPM? For the speeds you cited, was the boat fully loaded or empty?
