Can this be repaired

I was going to rebuild my 2008 Yamaha 90hp 2 stroke outboard but have found the powerhead has corrosion as shown in the photo .The rest of the block is good .What is the best way to repair this or is it better to try and find a new block

Is this corrosion to close to the combustion chambers
