AQ125B/270 Mechanical Lifting Device

Hello,
I was temporarily unable to lift the drive unit after the last trip to the lake. The lifting device finally engaged after tapping on the relay housing. As a result I ordered a new relay hoping that would eliminate the risk of that happening again.

Is there a way to manually lift the drive unit in the event that a new relay does not solve the problem?

Reach under and unhook the pawls and then lift up the outdrive. After you do it the first time, you'll be wondering why you asked
