OK, I can NOT figure this out and many good people are also stumped.
I have a Evinrude SPL 90 2 stroke, it think around 1995 on my GW 1973 19'er. Last year ran great. Now, it will NOT go past ~1500rpm forward but will hit 4500rpm in reverse! I have done spring maintenance: spark plugs, filter, new gas lines, new gas...checked linkages, pop the cover off u/w and did the thottle manulay....it just bogs out and won't go past 4 knots

No one can figure this out. I don't want to drop serious coin on this until I have done everything I can.
Any suggestions??
