adding electric starter to 9.9

Can a 1978 9.9 evinude be converted from rope to electric start. If so what is the procedure?

You need a starter motor.----You need the intake cover to mount the starter.--------You need the proper electric start flywheel.---------Wiring and switches can be adapted easily.
