Any suggestions on why my 200hp 99 yamaha outboard motor won't hold more than 4000rpm. It will go to 5-6k rpm when I first throttle up for about 10 seconds, but then it drops down to 4k rpm and stays there at full throttle. I have run a bunch of seafoam through it and changed spark plugs. Any help would be appreciated.
