Hello all!
having some issues and hoping someone out there can help me. I bought a pontoon boat last year with this motor on it, and it has run pretty good, until now. Motor starts and runs for a bit then dies. When i give it throttle, it dies. It has a popping or clicking noise while running. Sounds electrical to me. One of the plug wires has a kink in it, like it was sandwiched in the cowl or something. Could this be the problem?
also noticed the plugs are wet.
things i have done already:
replaced all fuel fittings
rebuilt fuel pump
new fuel
replaced plugs
any input would be much appreciated!
