I have an 95 four Winns 200 with a Volvo penta sx outdrive. I had to piece together all the engine parts I needed because it had no engine when I got it and I grabbed a 92 351 for it. I'm have a vp repair manual that I'm using but I'm still confused. The diagram shows the raw water pump get plumbed to the power steering cooler and the transom water inlet, but I have this hose on my transom which looks like it would go on to the cooler as well.

Let's start by saying that OMC & VOLVO didn't join forces (called the "joint venture") until 1994.
Most OMC 1993 & earlier used the clutch dog OMC drive & the water pump was in the upper portion of the outdrive.
I don't know which engine models tranferred over to the new joint venture drive at what date or serial number.
Since your boat appears to have had a lower unit mounted water pump, are you sure of the boat's year? Maybe it's older than you think or it's an early '95 with one of the last of the older generation drive packages that was burried in the warehouse?
FYI: Four Winns was owned by OMC back until bankruptcy about 2000 time frame.
So among other things complicating your process is you have the wrong manual/manuals because your "92 351" had nothing to do with Volvo at all.

This response also probably explains your electrical questions in the other post.
