"Need help trying to figure out why so much fuel is entering the number 4 cylinder. Cylinder not firing, fouling out my spark plug. Compression check shows it is good. rebuilt all 4 carbs.
Engine starts right up. Engine rebuilt 2 years ago. Any suggestions?"

"Check the fuel recirculating

"Check the fuel recirculating valves that are screwed into the front of the intake manifold. You should only be able to blow air from the screened portion to so that it flows out the tipped nozzle.

If air can flow in both directions, that would create a fuel problem.

Also, and more likely, number four cylinder is usually the cylinder that operates the fuel pump (VRO). Should there be a faulty diaphram in the pump, that could possibly allow fuel to saturate the cylinder."
