Hi ,resealed lower unit,upper splines on lower shift shaft worn but usable. I was having shift and full throttle issues prior to seal repair. Figured I better re check syncing everything up! Then I think I found my problem. Lever at top of shift shaft is working it's way off the shaft. What holds lever to shaft? I think I'm seeing roll pins,and something with threads but nothing to tighten it up. Can that lever be tapped down and tightend-or give it a zap with wire feed? Thanks
