*60 hp johnson 1994

I have a 1994 johnson tracker 3 cylinder. It started cutting out when going wide open would bog down. So we pulled carbs, cleaned and even bought rebuild kits. The motor will only run WOT when I am choking it going down the lake.*

A heads up, the bottom carb when you put ur hand over it adjust the air flow screw it never changes anything. Not even bogs down or nothing thought that seemed weird.*

Compression was good had it checked can't remember the numbers right off. Spark test no, not sure how to perform that
