50hp bogging out in foward

the engine reves up in nutral and reverse with power in the prop ,but when i put it in foward the engine will only go up to a fast idol and then past that it boggs out ,the farther you push the throtel the worse it gets PLEASE HELP

Carb idle adjustment is too lean. Add a 1/4 to a 1/2 turn OUT on each idle mixture screw.
