290sp with new Mercruiser 383 MPI noise

The new engine only has about 15hrs on it. I can’t tell where the rattling noise is coming from but it goes away when in gear. Is this something to be worried about or anything I need to do?

Is the drive fully down and pointed for straight ahead?

It hasn’t been too long. A few years anyway.
