25 hp lower unit year

What year is 0G293914? think

What year is 0G293914? think it is a 1995 i have a 1991 25 hp motor with a a busted lower unit. I put the 95 on the 91 it seems to fit but is this Ok. And may prop fits but not all the way do i have to change something out?
