Help, first time out. She idles fine (Neutral) and seems to run fine going slow, but will not go to Wide Open Throttle. Max speed is 11 mph.
Gas consumption not ideal either.
Next time out I will note RPMs
Note: This is a new to me engine. Not sure how long it has been sitting around.
Will start with replacing the Low Pressure Filter, then?
