2002 Mercury 6 HP Longshaft

I ahave 2002 6 HP mercury longshat. It strats asnd runs fine for about 15 minutes and then stalls. Starts again and runs for 10 minute and stalls again. Could it be the coil or carburator or what?

Waterpump ??---------------------Vent on the fuel tank ??-------------------Water in the fuel ???

Seems to pump water fine, vent open and new gas
