"I have a 2000 Silverton 410 s

"I have a 2000 Silverton 410 sport. When I run the engine for about 45 mins. The port engine starts losing power and then loses all power. If we turn off the engines and let them cool then it will run for about 20 mins. We have put new plugs, wires, and coil in. Nothing seems to correct the problem. has anyone had this problem? Any ideas

Did the engine do this before

Did the engine do this before you tuned it up? I would put the old coil in and then run it. A new coil does not rule out a bad one. I assume for the year you have fuel injection? How is your fuel pressure at the begining and at the time of break down? And how hot is the engine running at?

"If that's a carbed engine, it sounds like the ignition module may be failing when it heats up. Easy enough to put a new on and see.
