newbie here. Brand new batteries. Tilt works. I push the button on the throttle to push into neutral locks in turn the key and it just chirps. Do this a bunch of times and then randomly will fire right up with no rhyme or reason. Same starting process nothing changes. Any help is appreciated thank you.
