1989 evinrude 15 throttle indicator

Hi guys,
regarding my engine, the sticker is missing on the throttle which indicates start position etc
my local dealer has tried but cannot locate one at all.
i need to know the markings on it and the order etc.
i wonder, can you help, maybe a pic of one, I could maybe give to a decal maker here to manufacture one for me
just can't find anything

If you're speaking of the plastic part that slides on the tiller/steering handle, right in front of the throttle grip, the part number is 327944 and still available thru any dealership as of 2010 (my latest price book since I'm retired).

A sticker/decal?? Where would this be situated?

problem is I am in the UK and to be honest our dealers are not helpful like you guys
would I be able to order from where you are in the US ?
When I say decal I meant the throttle markings
really need this part

Like you, I am simply an individual and am not connected with "MarineEngine" personally. However, hopefully someone here may be and can give you a helping hand in ordering that part.
