1988 125hp Power Trim leak?

Power trim on my 1988 125hp Marine Force has short planing piston and two longer trailering pistons. If my motor drifts down by gravity do the O-rings need replacing on the trailer ones? Or is it a separate issue. Last season I took apart the assembly for the short piston and because some O-rings/seals/bushings can’t be replaced I switched out to a C-clip bushing/ring and not sure if it’s leaking. I believe my boat is planing ok on the water. If I understand correctly any O-rings leaking means internally the hydronic fluid moves throughout the enclosed system when not sealed at every ring? Hoping someone can suggest what the fix is. Thanks

Leaking down is usually the shuttle valve in the lower part of the hyd. pump.

DO NOT TAKE THE ACTUAL PUMP APART!!!!!
The seals (2) are usually the only thing needed to be replaced.
Oh yea: DON'T TAKE THE PUMP APART!!!
There's NOTHING in there that you can fix.
If the motors been in salt water it might be a B&%$# to remove the seals.
