"Could be dirty/clogged carbs (to be expected if it has been sitting) or
a fuel pump diaphram starting to go, or
a clogged fuel line or dirty fuel filter, or
old gas, old sparkplugs or
even carbon build-up.
Change the sparkplugs and grab a can of Mercury "Power Tune" (sells for about 5 bucks and just follow the directions on the can) and run the motor with fresh gas.
If that cures your problem, it was simply "cooties" from sitting around. If not it's time to investigate and troubleshoot the fuel system, either at a shop or with a workshop manual in hand...."
