Hello , does anyone know where to get parts info for 1980 yamaha 8hp 2 stroke outboard

Depends on the part. Obviously parts for an '80 are obsolete, but some parts could be replaced by a superseded part. Also, some of your engine parts have a part number on it. If what you're needing to replace does, google search the part number for replacement.
