"hi i have a mercury black max and my when i tilt the motor it goes down slowly again there are no parts availible in malta so pls does anyone know from where i can buy the repair kit the model is 1984 200hp mercury black max my e-mail is [email protected] tnx for your help"
 
Check your emergency relief va

Check your emergency relief valve first. Could be loose or bad "O" ring on it.
