225 Johonson tilt and trim

tilt motor will trim up but wo

tilt motor will trim up but won't trim down
can can hear a slight click when you push the down but motor won't kick in
oil levels are fine with no leaks
any suggestions on how to fix?

swap relays...if it does the o

are there only two relays inside the panel?
Tried to mess with it out on the water today but it was a little rough to be playing back there today

"i think so...i use them all the time...sierra does'nt make them,..i think,a company called 'siemens' makes them....use some dielect grease on the contacts.."
